The SEDA Agricultural + Mining Tooling Incubator (SAMTI) is a business incubator for Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises (SMME) in South Africa’s tooling sector for the mining and agricultural environments. We focus on training individuals and regional communities on the design and development of tools through a technology-based development approach. We assist with the establishment of sustainable tooling design businesses.
SAMTI is a section 21 company and is governed by a board of directors comprising of experts from the Central University of Technology (CUT) and the SEDA Technology Programme (STP). We are based in the Faculty in Engineering on the CUT campus in Bloemfontein, Free State.
